Smoking Soldiers Urged To Save Their Own Life!
Source from:Official Wire  07/26/2010
AN award-winning electronic cigarette company is hoping Britain's brave squaddies snap up its new Army-style electronic cigarette - to help them live a longer life

ePuffer has launched its military-themed Electronic Cigarette and is aiming the product at soldiers in a bid to persuade them to swap conventional smoking for a healthier alternative.

The Disposable Magnum UNO M500 E-cig has a striking Army-style camouflage skin to appeal to troops and fans of the forces.

But crucially it is free from harmful tobacco, tar and cancer-causing chemicals. It also produces a realistic but harmless vapourising smoke when inhaled and so mimics a real cigarette.

ePuffer, which has won awards for its burgeoning range of electronic cigarettes, e-pipes, and cigars, is hoping the Disposable UNO M500 will encourage soldiers, or anybody with an interest in the military, to quit smoking and go for the healthier option.

Sean Shell, CEO of ePuffer, said: "At ePuffer we are dedicated to offering a healthier alternative to tobacco smoking. We are always striving to develop new products that might appeal to certain niche markets."

"We are passionate about our products and want to do our bit to combat the fight against cancer by offering smokers a healthier alternative to tobacco cigarettes."

Like all ePuffer's E-cigs, the UNO M500 can be smoked anywhere and is not subject to the nationwide UK, European or North American smoking ban in public places.

It is disposable and offers about 500 puffs. Although there is no harmful tobacco, it has a unique tobacco flavour and also offers inhaled doses of a vapourised but harmless nicotine solution, which satisfies the nicotine cravings that smokers get.

The Army-style E-cig also has a manual switch for a longer battery operation and a green LED light as the glowing tip at the end of the E-cig. The smoker clicks the power button on the side, which starts the atomisation function. The tip of the cigarette then glows green, meaning the cigarette is ready to be puffed. Users inhale the E-cig while pressing on the switch. When they let go of the switch, the cigarette shuts off.

Sean added: "We believe that electronic cigarettes are the future of smoking. Lung cancer is one of the most devastating diseases across the world and we hope our products will continue to persuade smokers to go electronic - and help to save their own life." Enditem
